2 tablespoons butter, 2 tablespoons all-purpose flour, 1 cup milk, 100 grams boiled pasta, 1/4 teaspoon black pepper, 2 garlic cloves, 1/2 teaspoon oregano, salt as needed, red chili flakes, Mozzarella cheese, Vegetables like onions. Capsicum, corn.
For the white sauce, take a pan on medium flame melt butter, put minced garlic into this and put all-purpose flour and stir until golden brown.
Put milk into this and whisk until it turns into a thick paste.
Now take another pan and Saute all vegetables for at least 6-7 minutes, until all of them become slightly tender and soft.
Now season some pepper, oregano, chili flakes in white sauce and stir.
After 2 minutes put all the chopped sauted vegetables in the sauce and mix.
Now top this with cheese, put pasta into it and mix.
Now serve this in a bowl and garnish with chili flakes and oregano.
