Hot and Tangy Sweet Potato Chaat in Just 10 Minutes

Ingredients:

Sweet potatoes, red chilli powder, chaat masala, roasted cumin powder, aamchur powder, Black salt, tamarind chutney, lemon juice, pomegranate

Step 1:

Boil or roast the sweet potatoes until tender. Peel and cut them into bite-sized cubes.

Step 2:

Sprinkle red chili powder, chaat masala, roasted cumin powder, aamchur powder, and black salt over the sweet potato cubes.

Step 3:

Squeeze fresh lemon juice over the spiced sweet potatoes and sprinkle a pinch of salt and pepper.

Step 4:

Drizzle tamarind chutney and mix everything well to coat the sweet potatoes evenly with the spices and chutney.

Step 5:

Garnish with fresh pomegranate for a burst of sweetness and color.

Step 6:

Serve immediately as a hot and tangy snack. Enjoy the delicious combination of sweet potato with the flavours of mixed chaat spices.
