Heat some oil on a pan then add cumin seeds, asafoetida, ginger, green chilli in order and fry it.
Add the grated cauliflower, cook till the cauliflower turns soft and add turmeric, red chilli, garam masala powder, coriander leaves and sprinkle some salt.
Transfer the cooked mixture into a bowl to cool it down.
Make small balls of dough, then flatten it into thick circles and put the cooked mixture in the center.
Close the dough circle with stuffing towards the centre, pinch and flatten it.
Spread it into a thick paratha and generously dust it with wheat flour.
Heat the tawa and add some oil and toast this paratha until it turns golden in colour.
Serve your Gobi Paratha with a cup of hot tea.
