Ingredients: 1 cup data, 2 chopped chilies, ½ cup chopped onion, ½ tsp finely chopped ginger, 2 tsp chopped coriander leaves
Ingredients: Chilli powder, turmeric powder, salt, ¼ tsp ajwain
Mix the besan and water properly to create a smooth batter.
You can add onions, coriander leaves, chili powder, chilies, ginger, and salt to the batter.
Heat the tawa and spread oil in it. Take a ladle full of batter and spread it evenly.
Cook it on medium heat, and cook till both sides are golden.
Serve the Cheela with any chutney you want.
