Cauliflower, Garlic, Onion, Salt and Pepper, Red Chilli Powder, Bay Leaves, Coriander, Butter or Olive Oil, Fresh Cream (optional)
First, wash the cauliflower and cut into florets, chop the onion and mince the garlic.
Take the pan and add some olive oil or butter in it and add garlic cloves in it and then add chopped onion along with bay leaves and cook it for 2-3 minutes.
Now add the cauliflower florets and coriander stems into the pan along with one cup water and let it simmer for 7-8 minutes.
Take out the bay leaves and blend the rest of the mixture smoothly.
Take the same pan and add butter in it and then add the minced garlic along with red chilli, salt and pepper according to your taste and let it sauté for 2 minutes.
Now add the mixture and add some fresh cream for a more creamy texture and let it simmer for 3-4 minutes on low flame.
Your steaming delicious soup is now ready, garnish it with chopped coriander and enjoy.
