Tortillas, Corns, Beans, Mushroom, Cheese, Butter or Olive Oil, Onion, Chilli Powder and Salt And Pepper, Sour Cream, Salsa, Mayonnaise.
First step is to wash the beans and then boil them until cooked properly and chop all the vegetables you want to add.
Now take the pan and add some butter and add all the chopped vegetables of your choice, onion, mushroom, corn, etc.
Now add all the seasonings in the pan and add salt and pepper according to your taste.
Next step is to add the boiled beans in the pan and mix the filling properly.
Now the next step is to take the tortillas and spread the Mayonnaise on it and then spread the filling you created.
Shred some cheese on the tortilla and close it and cook it on the pan on low flame for 5-6 minutes until it’s golden.
Your tasty and cheesy Quesadilla is ready, serve it and enjoy with sour cream and salsa dip.
