Paneer, Yogurt, Gram Flour, Ginger Garlic Paste, Salt, Red Chilli Powder, Turmeric Powder, Cumin Powder, Kasuri Methi, Chaat Masala, Lemon Juice, Tortillas, Onion and Capsicum, Green Chutney.
First step is to chop onion, capsicum and paneer in block shapes.
Now take a huge bowl and add yogurt along with besan, ginger-garlic paste red chili powder, turmeric, garam masala, cumin powder, chaat masala, kasuri methi, lemon juice and salt and whisk everything properly
Now add the paneer cubes along with onion and capsicum and mix it and leave it for 30-60 minutes.
Now take a non-stick pan and add some oil in it and cook the marinated paneer on medium heat and keep it aside.
Take tortillas and cook it on tawa for a few minutes and then spread a layer of green chutney on it along with cooked paneer with vegetables in the center.
Now wrap the roll tightly and your delicious paneer tikka roll is ready.
