We should not take things emotionally if someone is bothering you or is disturbing you. We should manage our emotions and not let others hurt us.
Even though it’s basic human nature to compare ourselves with others, we should only and always focus on ourselves as comparing ourselves with others will give us stress.
Manifest and talk good to and about yourself, so that you can become confident and stay motivated.
If someone is pulling you down or demotivating you, don’t listen to them and let go of their opinion. Trust yourself and go with the flow.
To become happy, we should take a break and block out unnecessary noise like social media etc. We should only focus on things which matter to us.
To remain happy, you should sometimes perceive things from different perspectives. For e.g. seeing challenges as an opportunity to grow rather than seeing them as threats.
We should surround ourselves with positive people as they will uplift our mood and motivate us to be happy and confident.
