Don’t burden yourself with unrealistic expectations which you can’t fulfil like, ‘I will lose my weight in 3 months’, this will do nothing but demotivate you.
Take baby steps and start with small and light exercises, if you will do everything at the same time then you will get tired for tomorrow.
You can start rewarding yourself to stay motivated, something like a soothing massage or your favorite treat.
Don’t start working out any time or everytime, schedule it properly, have a fix time for it and add it in your calendar so it becomes a routine.
Use fitness apps like Cure.fit or Nike Training Club or any other app to record your activity and track your growth.
Sometimes working alone can feel tiring so find a friend or a partner who will workout with you to make exercising more fun.
On the days when you don’t feel like doing anything do light exercises that you enjoy like a little aerobics so you would want to do it more.
