The key to a perfect guacamole is fresh, ripe avocados. Look for avocados that are firm and fresh.
Using a spoon scoop out the creamy avocado flesh into a bowl.
Once the avocado flesh is in the bowl, mash it using a fork or potato masher.
Squeeze fresh lime juice into the mashed avocado and mix well.
Now it's time to add colour in the mix, Finely chop red onions, tomatoes, and cilantro and add them in the mix.
