7 Step Easy Low Sugar Jaggery Brownies at Home

Ingredients:

whole wheat flour, grated jaggery, cocoa powder, ghee, eggs, baking powder, vanilla extract

Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F). Grease the baking dish with butter and parchment paper.

In a saucepan, melt ghee and mix grated jaggery until combined. Set aside to cool.

Beat eggs in a bowl. Add the cooled ghee-jaggery mixture and 1/2 tsp vanilla extract. Mix well.

4.

In a separate bowl, whisk together whole wheat flour, cocoa powder, and baking powder.

5.

Add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, stir until well combined.

6.

Pour the brownie batter into the prepared baking dish.

7.

Bake at 180°C for 20-25 minutes. Let the brownies cool. Cut into cubes and serve
