Heat Oil

Take a non-stick pan and heat oil over medium heat.

Dosa Batter

Pour the dosa batter into the pan and spread evenly. Top with mashed potato, coriander, curry leaves, and cumin seeds. Sprinkle salt to taste.

Cook

Cook for 1-2 minutes until the bottom is golden brown.

Flip

Flip and cook the dosa for another miniature and press down gently with a spatula.

Repeat

Repeat the process with the remaining batter and filling ingredients.

Serve

Serve with sambar and chutney. You can also add butter on the top.
