Unnecessary and a lot of notifications can act as distractions which pulls us towards the phone after every few minutes so we can try turning off the notifications.

There are features in phones in which you can set time limits for certain apps and then you can’t open them or you can also use the “Do Not Disturb” option to avoid distractions.

Mindful eating is very important to enjoy your meal and get benefited by all the nutrients it contains so you should avoid using phones while eating.
