This face yoga exercise involves two sections of 10 seconds of practice, with optimal results achieved 1-2 times daily.

Chin lift

Perform a head tilt exercise by placing palms on your chest, turning your head left to right, and using your fingertips to tilt your head on both sides.

Fuller cheeks

To practice facial expressions, wrap your index and thumb around your lips, blow air into your mouth, then push your cheeks up, grin, and alternately kiss your lips.

Sharp jawline

Hold your hand on your cheek, sucking it in and holding it. Press your knuckles on the V-shaped chin and gently massage your chin upwards to your ears.

Face Lift

Massage your temples with circular motions, then lift your palms upward while creating an O shape with your mouth.

Toned neck and face

Perform the fundamental shoulder rotation, then move your shoulders up and down while slowly extending your neck.

Under eye massage

Massage the eye area with your index finger to enhance blood circulation and prevent sagging eyes.
