Heat grated jaggery with a little water in a pan until it melts smoothly.
Add roasted sesame seeds and crushed makhana to the melted jaggery.
Stir the mixture thoroughly until all ingredients are evenly coated with jaggery.
Grease hands with ghee and quickly shape the warm mixture into small laddoos.
Let the laddoos cool completely before serving or storing in an airtight container.
