Dry roast sesame seeds until golden; set aside to cool completely.
Heat jaggery with water until it melts and forms soft syrup.
Add roasted sesame seeds to jaggery syrup; mix thoroughly off heat.
Grease palms with ghee; take small portions of mixture to shape.
Quickly roll into round laddoos before the mixture cools down.
Let laddoos cool and set; store in an airtight container.
