Mix rice flour, urad dal flour, besan, and hot oil with water and prepare a soft dough.
Prepare the chakli maker to give the shape.
Fill the chakli maker with the dough and press the dough into spiral shapes.
In a pan heat the oil and make sure to test if the oil is hot enough by putting a small piece of dough.
Deep fry the chakli in hot oil until golden brown.
Use a paper towel to drain the extra oil from the chakli.
Allow the chakli to cool completely before transferring it to an airtight container for storage.
