Collect the breadcrumbs, peas, potatoes, spinach, and spices.

Spinach should be briefly boiled, then rinsed with cold water and drained well.

Add the spinach, potatoes, and cooked peas and mash until smooth.

For added flavor, use salt, garam masala, cumin, and coriander.

Create oval or circular patties out of the ingredients.

To make the outside of the kebabs crispy, roll them in bread crumbs.

Serve hot patties that have been cooked till golden brown on both sides.
