Soak rice and urad dal and grind them into a smooth batter overnight. Ferment this paste for some time and then steam it in the idli molds.
Mix semolina and water and let it rest for some time. Then steam in idli mold for about 10 to 12 minutes.
You just have to add finely chopped vegetables to the idli batter and steam it in an idli mold.
Methi idli is prepared by mixing finely chopped methi leaves with the idli batter.
You can use mini idli molds to make these delicious mini idlis.
