Sit or stand straight. Tilt your head backward, looking toward the ceiling. Pucker your lips and stretch them towards the ceiling. Hold for 5 seconds and relax. Repeat: 10-15 times.
Sit with your back straight and shoulders relaxed.Push your lower jaw forward.Hold for 5-10 seconds and relax. Repeat: 10 times.
Sit up straight with your shoulders relaxed. Slowly roll your neck in a circular motion, clockwise and then counterclockwise. Repeat: 10 times in each direction.
