Panjiri, commonly known as pinni is a famous traditional dish in north India especially in Punjab. This Indian dessert is made with basic ingredients available at home.

Traditional Panjiri:

To make this panjiri roast wheat flour until golden brown, and pour some ghee in it until it absorbs it. And then add a few dry fruits of your choice.

Gond Panjiri:

This popular Panjiri is prepared by pre-heating ghee in a pan, adding gond till it turns transparent. Then add grated coconut, sugar & dry fruits.

Dhanya Panjiri:

A 15-minute recipe requires lotus seeds, ghee, spices like coriander powder, and cardamom powder along dry fruits.

This panjiri is rich in nutrition, made up of makhana (fox nuts) with dry fruits, seeds, and ghee.

Flour-less Panjiri:
