5 Minutes Microwave Mac and Cheese Recipe

Ingredients

Take 1 cup elbow macaroni, 1 cup water, 1/2 cup milk, 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese, 1/4 teaspoon salt, 1 tablespoon butter, 2 tablespoons cream cheese.

Add Pasta In a Bowl

Place 1/2 cup of elbow macaroni in a microwave-safe bowl.

Add Water

Pour 1 cup of water into the bowl, ensuring the pasta is submerged.

Microwave Pasta

Microwave on high for 3-4 minutes, stirring halfway through, until pasta is soft, and water is mostly absorbed.

Add Cheese and Milk

Stir in 1/4 cup of shredded cheese and 2 tablespoons of milk into the cooked pasta.

Microwave Again

Microwave for another 30-60 seconds until the cheese melts and creates a creamy sauce.

Season and Serve

Stir, add salt and prepare to taste, and enjoy your quick, cheesy mac and cheese.
