5 Minutes Corn Chaat Recipe

Step 1

You can use fresh corn on the cob or frozen corn.

Step 2

Collect the corn kernels and rinse them with water.

Step 3

Add the rinsed corn in boiling water, let it boil until the kernels become tender.

Step 4

Drain the water from the corn and put the corn in a container to cool it.

Step 5

Mix salt, chaat masala, chili powder and cumin powder. Sprinkle it on the corn and mix it.

Step 6

Add freshly chopped onions, tomatoes, green chili and at last squeeze half a lemon on top.

Step 7

Add roasted peanuts or sev for a crispy texture.
