A Japanese entrepreneur, Daisuke Hori, claims to have been sleeping for only 30 minutes a day for the past 12 years.
Daisuke Hori is a 40-year-old man from Hyogo prefecture in Western Japan. As per Hori, he had mastered the art of sleep.
According to Hori, this method improved his work efficiency. He began reducing his sleep 12 years ago to create more active hours each day.
Hori claims that he can reduce the feeling of sleepiness by doing sports or drinking coffee an hour before eating.
While in a reality show, Hori revealed that he had once slept for only 26 minutes and was still feeling energetic.
According to the information, Hori has taught over 2,100 students to become 'ultra-short sleepers'.
However, as per the Experts, sleep is very important for the body and taking only short naps is not good and may lead to various health problems.
