Body Massage (3 min)

Massage every part of the body from top to bottom 10-15 times to restore energy balance.

Drink Lukewarm Water (30 sec)

It acts as a vasodilator, increases blood flow and also widens blood vessels in the digestive system.

Breathing Exercise (2 min)

Deep breath through your nose and hold it for a few seconds and then exhale. It is more beneficial than mouth breathing.
