100 Squats

The K-pop singer begins his exercise program by performing 100 squats. Squats serve to tone and strengthen the legs.

30-sec abs workout

He follows this with a 30-second abs workout. Begin with a circuit of three abdominal exercises: leg lifts, mountain climbers, and crunches.

2 sets of 20 lunges

The BTS singer continue his training, doing two sets of 20 lunges each. Lunges serve to tone and strengthen the lower body. It enhances overall equilibrium.

1-mintue Plank

Jungkook performs a one-minute plank to create the core and a one-minute plank on each side to tone the obliques.

15 burpees

Jungkook finishes his training with a set of 15 burpees. Burpees are a full body strengthening workout that burns calories.
