The customer can simply dial 1033 from a mobile for a variety of issues that they could face at the toll plaza.
You can raise your complaints if stopped at the plaza for Tag blacklist reason even though Tag is not blacklisted.
Also, if the toll plaza is not accepting FASTag or is unable to read the tag, you can raise a complaint by dialing 1033.
If the toll plaza is not supporting monthly pass issuance or you face any other applicable issue related to FASTag, can dial 1033.
