DNA: Why people set their house on fire in Azerbaijan?

Under the terms of the ceasefire agreement signed between Armenia and Azerbaijan on Tuesday, many ethnic Armenian dominated areas will be handed back to Azerbaijan. Due to this, people are setting their homes on fire before handing over their villages to Azerbaijan.
