The country, which claimed to be the world's pharmacy in March, is finding out a month later that not only there is a shortage of the "Made in India" vaccine, but also doesn't have enough oxygen in hospitals to cope with the deadly second wave of the COVID-19 pandemic which is making India the worst-affected country by the pandemic, after US.
