Plane Crash: The accident happened due to a technical fault?

A major plane crash has taken place in Morena, Madhya Pradesh, two fighter aircraft of the Indian Air Force have crashed. The accident was so terrible that the pieces of the aircraft spread, a pilot was also martyred in the accident.
