Some state governments of our own country are ready to give Red Carpet Welcome against the wishes of the Central Government. Tesla company is not ready to pay 100 percent import duty prescribed by the Government of India to enter the Indian market and wants concession in it. The big thing is that Tesla does not even want to pay import duty and does not want to set up its plant in India.
