‪‪UPPSC Recruitment 2018: Over 10,700 vacancies for Assistant Teacher posts announced @uppsc.up.nic.in | Know pay scales

LUCKNOW: The ‪‪Uttar Pradesh Public Service Commission or UPPSC has notified the vacancies for 10768 Assistant Teacher posts across the state of Uttar Pradesh. This is the largest recruiting exam exercise being conducted by the commission to date. A detailed advertisement, outlining all requirements will be released on March 15 on the official website: uppsc.up.nic.in.

Out of the 10768 Assistant Teacher posts, 5404 have been reserved for women candidates. A total of 5364 posts are reserved for men.

UPPSC Recruitment 2018 Pay Scale

The pay scale is Rs 9300 to Rs  34800 with Grade Pay 4800/- and Other Allowances.

UPPSC Recruitment 2018 Application Fee

Application Fee for General and OBC candidates: Rs 100
Application Fee for SC/ST candidates: Rs 40
Application Fee for PH candidates: Nil
Note: The Application Fee can be paid online through credit/debit card, net banking or through eChallan at Bank.

UPPSC Recruitment 2018 Eligibility

1. Candidates between 21 to 40 years (Born between 02-Jul-1978 to 01-Jul-1997) are eligible to apply for.

2. Candidates need to be graduates from a recognized university with B.Ed.

3. For Computer Teacher Post: Graduate in Science in Computer Application
OR Graduate in Computer Application
OR Candidates with B.E./ B.Tech in Computer Science
OR Graduate with A Level Course
OR any other Equivalent Qualification & Candidates must have done B.Ed or any equivalent exam.
