The best way to introspect and get connected with your inner self is through meditation. Here is a list of meditation centres that you can visit to end this year on a spiritual yet enriching note.

1)      Dalai Lama's teachings, Dharamsala

This ashram belongs to Dalai Lama, head of Tibetan teachings of Buddhism. The place is open to and free for all. It is the best way to disconnect yourself from the outer world as phones, cameras and other such things are forbidden along with your tensions! 6)      Dhamma Bodhi, Bodh Gaya

7)      Transcendental Meditation, Delhi

Transcendental Meditation is a mental activity where your stress and problems are allowed to vanish in the most natural way. The process is of 20 minutes, twice a day and can be done in any place. This program doesn’t require you to stay in one particular place.  The process goes through seven stages from an Introductory Talk to attending several seminars.
