Rekha all set to make a splash on TV with an appearance in Rising Star - Watch promo

Mumbai: Legendary actress and Hindi Cinema's evergreen diva Rekha will make her presence felt on singing reality show Rising Star this weekend.

The Umrao Jaan of Bollywood has shot for a special promo for the episode which will be aired on Saturday. You will be amazed by her charm, style and elegance.

Watch the video shared by Ravi Dubey, the host of the show judged by music composer Shankar Mahadevan, singer Monali Thakur and actor-singer Diljit Dosanjh.

Daughter of late Tamil actor Gemini Ganesan and Telugu actress Pushpavalli, Rekha began her acting career as a child artiste in Telugu film Rangula Ratnam. She made her debut in Hindi cinema with Sawan Badho in 1970 and had since then acted in over 100 films.
It will indeed be amazing to see Rekha on TV and we can't wait to watch Rising Star this Saturday.

The show is touted as India's first live reality show wherein the audience votes are registered in real-time.
