Squash: India's Joshna Chinappa is through to QF with 3-0 win in Women's Singles. She follows Joshna Chinappa follows Dipika Pallikal who also reached the QF with 3-0 win.

Tennis Mixed Doubles Quarterfinal 3: Another major upset for India after Kabaddi as Rohan Bopanna/Ankita Raina knocked out by the Indonesian pair Rungtak/Sutjiadi 4-6, 6-1, 6-10. Bopanna and Raina had earlier won the second set of their mixed doubles quarterfinals match here.  

Tennis Mixed Doubles Quarterfinal 3: Indian pair of Rohan Bopanna and Ankita Raina lose first set 6-4 to Indonesia's Rungtak, Sutjiadi.

Basketball: India's women team was beaten by home favourites Indonesia 66-69, losing their chance to enter the quarterfinals.

Squash: India's Dipika Pallikal is through to QF with 3-0 win in Women's Singles. One more win for her and a medal would be assured for India.

Tennis: India's Rohan Bopanna/Ankita Raina face Indonesia's Christopher Benjamin/Aldila Sutjiadi in Mixed Doubles Quarterfinal 3 match.

Badminton Mixed Doubles: Pranaav Jerry Chopra-Sikki Reddy go down to World no. 9 Thai pair Peng Soon Chan/Liu Ying Goh 15-21, 21-23. This brings to an end India's contention for a medal in Badminton mixed doubles event in Indonesia.

Squash, Men's Singles: Both Saurav Ghosal and Harinder Pal Singh Sandhu are through to QF. Sourav will take on Harinder in QF. This means one more medal is confirmed for India in Squash.  

Kabaddi: Iran defeating India has come as major upset for Indians and shattered their hopes of getting another Gold in Kabaddi – a sport in which India have dominated since 1990. This means that India will now have to contend with a Bronze medal.
