New Delhi: UK journalist Piers Morgan is one of the most searched names in India in the last few days ever since he mocked two medals won by India at Rio Olympics 2016.

Piers, who loves to get into a Twitter battle with trolls, invited trouble for himself when he took potshots at India's performance at the recently concluded Games.

Thousands of Indian fans, including biggies like Virender Sehwag and Chetan Bagat, were offended with Piers' tweet, and gave him a fitting reply.

Indian fans also left no stone unturned in making Piers realise what a blunder he had committed by taking a dig at India's dismal show.

Many fans also reminded Piers of his awful batting skills in the nets after he accepted the challenge of taking on former Australian speedster Brett Lee.

Binga, who had retired then, had challenged Morgan to face an over after the latter questioned the courage of the England batsmen during an Ashes series in 2013.

While Binga was expected to have some sympathy for the 48-year-old, the speedster refused to compromise with pace and he tormented him with a barrage of dreadful deliveries.

Piers later posted a pic of his fractured rib, which invited severe criticism from cricket experts about the entire incident.
