#ThingsSlowerThanSA: Read how Twitteratis mocked South Africa's ultra-defensive strategy!

 New Delhi: The ultra defensive approach adopted by the visiting South African team in the final Test of the Freedom series didn't go too well with the Indian cricket lovers.

The fans criticised the way Saffers played in their 2nd innings after getting the virtually impossible total of 481 runs to win the Kotla Test.

From the word go, Proteas were quite clear in their approach to save the Test rather than chasing the total.

On day 4, South Africa played 72 overs and scored equal number of runs.

For the ulta slow batting style, Twitteraties criticised the Proteas and even made fun of them by using their creativity. The hashtag #ThingsSlowerThanSA was soon seen trending on Twitter.
