WATCH: Pakistan cricket team greeted with 'Shame Shame' chants at Lahore airport

New Delhi: Pakistan's cricket team was greeted with a hostile reception by fans on their arrival at the Lahore airport on Sunday.

Shahid Afridi did not travel with the team, opting to spend some time in Dubai.

The returning players faced chants of "shame shame" when they landed at the Allama Iqbal international airport in Lahore.

Despite the heavy cordon of security personnel, people at the airport gave the players a piece of their mind.

After failing to make the final of the Asia Cup, the Pakistan side bowed out of the ICC World T20 at the group stage. 

T20I skipper Afridi is expected to take a call on his future in the next couple of days.
