New Delhi: Malaika Arora and Arbaaz Khan, who were spotted together on Wednesday night at Justin Bieber's concert in Mumbai, are reportedly now legally divorced. It is being said that the duo were granted divorce by the Bandra family court in Mumbai.
According to a Mid-Day report, the 43-year-old actress has been given the custody of their son Arhaan. However, the 'Hello Brother' hunk can visit his child anytime.
"The truth is, we have taken a break, but that doesn't mean people can presume, assume and speculate things of such malicious nature. We are taking out time to figure out our lives. Yes, it's true that we are separated, but where our lives go and what transpires between us, it is for us to decide. Wherever it goes from here, we will talk about it when we are ready to,” the former couple said in a joint statement last year.
Bollywood superstar and Arbaaz's brother Salman Khan and his family tried to make peace between the couple but their efforts failed to bear fruits, reports suggest.
