Thala Ajith’s ‘Vivegam’ outperforms ‘Yennai Arindhaal’ at US Box Office

Mumbai: Thala Ajith fans have all the reasons to make merry not just in India but across the globe too. The hunk of an actor’s latest release – Vivegam – has outperformed his own ‘Yennai Arindhaal’ at the US Box Office.

Thala’s ‘Yennai Arindhaal’ which also starred Arun Vijay, Trisha Krishnan, Anushka Shetty and Parvathy Nair had released in 2015. It had raked in the moolah at the US Box Office back then. But the record made by the film has been demolished by ‘Vivegam’ which release on August 24.

According to India movie industry tracker Ramesh Bala, the film has surpassed the lifetime collection of ‘Yennai Arindhaal’ in the US.

‘Vivegam’ which also features Vivek Oberoi, Kajal Aggarwal and Akshara Haasan has presented Ajith in the most rugged avatar. And no wonder why fans of Thala are going berserk everywhere.
