According to a Firstpost report, originally attributed to various television reports, the team members of the Shankar Shanmugham directorial assaulted photojournalists on the sets of '2.0' and, as a result, a police complaint has been filed against them.
Reportedly, police have now detained two crew members in the same case. However, no official statement has been issued yet.

'2.0' is a sequel to 2010 Tamil blockbuster 'Enthiran'. The film is reportedly being made on a whopping budget of Rs 4 Billion. It will witness a simultaneous release in Tamil, Telugu and Hindi.
