Prabhas’ ‘Baahubali’ opens Moscow International Film Festival, SS Rajamouli excited

Mumbai: The second half of SS Rajamouli’s magnum opus – Baahubali – starring Prabhas has been selected as the opening film at the Moscow International Film Festival. The filmmaker, who is thrilled for all obvious reasons, took to Twitter Thursday to announce the same.

Also featuring Rana Daddubati, Ramya Krishnan, Sathyaraj, Naseer, Tamannaah Bhatia and Anushka Shetty, ‘Baahubali: The Conclusion’, that unravelled the mystery behind Amaranedra Baahubali’s death at the hands of Kattapa, released on April 28.
The film, originally made in Telugu was dubbed in Hindi, Tamil and Malayalam languages became the first Indian film to cross the Rs 1500 crore mark in worldwide collections.
‘Baahubali 2’ has minted over Rs 1600 crores and is all set to release in China in July, reports suggest.
