T20 World Cup 2024: 10 Players From The 2010 Edition Who Will Play In ICC 2024 WC
The T20 World Cup is back with exciting matches between top cricket nations. This year, the event will debut in the United States, co-hosting with the West Indies. Currently, England are the defending champions, having defeated Pakistan in the final of the previous edition. Some players are participating in this edition for the 6th or 7th time, and this might be their last World Cup. Here are 10 players who were in the 2010 edition and will also feature in this edition.
Rohit Sharma
India's skipper Rohit Sharma, who was part of India's 2007 World Cup-winning team, is all set to play as captain for Team India this year. India might open with the Rohit Sharma and Virat Kohli pair for the group stage of the T20 World Cup.
Mohammad Amir
Amir is a lethal left-arm fast bowler. He retired from international cricket in 2020 at the age of 28, but on 24 March 2024, he came out of retirement and made himself available for Pakistan cricket. Now, he will compete in the upcoming T20 World Cup 2024.
David Warner
David Warner is one of the best opening batsmen in limited-overs cricket. He was the player of the tournament when Australia lifted the ICC T20 World Cup (UAE) in 2021. It is Australia's only T20 title. He is set to play for Australia in his last World Cup.
