French Open 2021: Serena Williams and her early exits from Grand Slams
Serena Williams' wait for a record 24th Grand Slam will stretch on as she bowed out of the 2021 French Open with a 6-3, 7-5 loss to Elena Rybakina at the Roland Garros in Paris on Sunday (June 6). Williams, whose last Grand Slam title came in 2017 at the Australian Open, was unable to find her A game. The 39-year-old Williams never really found her range but she recovered from an early service break in the opening set.
