Cleanser
Start with a cleanser to remove dirt, oil, and makeup. Choose a gel-based formula for oily or acne-prone skin, and a creamy one for dry skin.
Toner
A toner helps balance your skin’s pH and removes any remaining residue. Hydrating toners suit dry skin, while salicylic acid toners are best for acne-prone skin.
Serum
Serums address specific skin concerns. Use Vitamin C in the morning for brightening, or a hydrating hyaluronic acid. At night, choose a retinol serum for anti-aging.
Eye Cream
Gently apply an eye cream to hydrate and reduce puffiness or dark circles, using your ring finger to avoid tugging.
Moisturizer
Lock in hydration with a suitable moisturizer. Lightweight, oil-free formulas work for oily skin, while richer creams benefit dry skin.
Sunscreen (AM)
Apply broad-spectrum sunscreen with at least SPF 30 in the morning to protect your skin from UV damage.
Night Cream (PM)
