Despite not giving up her favorite foods or following a strict workout plan, she successfully lost 15 kgs by staying committed to intermittent fasting.

Bharti’s diet was mostly eating in controlled portions and home-cooked meals. Not eating post 7 helped her curb those midnight hunger pangs too. “I don’t follow any diet, I just fast for 15-16 hours and don’t eat anything between 7 pm-12 pm. My body doesn’t accept dinner any later than 7 pm now. But I attack food after 12 pm. Then I have my regular parathas, eggs, dal-sabzi, everything I have always liked,” she stated speaking with The Indian Express.
