'Sathari' is made up of gold or silver or copper with God’s feet on a crown. It is put on everyone’s head when one visits Vishnu temples. The 'Sathari' is kept near the feet of the lord and putting it on one's head of the devotee by the priest symbolizes receiving the blessing of God.
