Meet Prerna Singh: From Engineer To IAS, Now ACEO Of Greater Noida Authority

IAS Prerna Singh holds the prominent position as CEO of Greater Noida Authority. She completed her degree in engineering and later made her career in civil services. With a well-structured strategy, she prepared for the UPSC exam and successfully passed it in a remarkably short time, ultimately achieving the prestigious position of IAS.

Uttar Pradesh cadre IAS officer Prerna Singh comes in highlight after she was appointed as an Additional CEO of Greater Noida Authority. She was born on August 15, 1992, in Delhi and hails from Uttar Pradesh. Singh holds a degree in engineering but during her graduation, she prepared for a career in civil services.

She successfully passed the UPSC Civil Services Examination and joined the administrative service in 2017. As per reports, Prerna Singh had been on maternity leave and recently resumed her duties. She is currently assigned to a new position as CEO of the Greater Noida Authority.

Before joining the civil service, Prerna also worked in various cities, including Muradabad, Kanpur Nagar, Etawah, and Hapur. Earlier, she was appointed as an Assistant Magistrate in Kanpur and then served as a Joint Magistrate in Muradabad. She also worked as the Chief Development Officer (CDO) in Etawah and Hapur.
