Delhi, the capital of India, is home to many of the country’s wealthiest billionaires. The 2024 Forbes list highlights 200 Indians, up from 169 the previous year. Their combined wealth has surged to nearly $1 trillion, far surpassing $750 billion in 2022. The Hurun Global Rich List 2024 also ranks Delhi as home to 57 billionaires, reinforcing the city's status as one of the top destinations for the ultra-rich. As expected, many of these billionaires live in lavish properties that reflect their fortunes. 

Renuka Talwar, daughter of DLF Chairman KP Singh, made headlines for buying a lavish bungalow in Delhi's Lutyens' Bungalow Zone. This property, located on Prithviraj Road, was purchased for Rs 435 crore. It spans a vast 4,925 square meters, making it one of the largest and most expensive homes in the area.

Another extravagant property belongs to the Ruia brothers, Shashi and Ravi. Their colonial-style bungalow in New Delhi is valued at Rs 92 crore. Situated on a 2.2-acre plot, it features a swimming pool and expansive lawns, offering both luxury and tranquility in the heart of the city. 

Harish Ahuja, the chairman of Shahi Exports, owns a bungalow on Prithviraj Road. The property, which he bought in 2015, is worth Rs 173 crore. Spanning 3,170 square yards, it stands as a testament to his business success and wealth. 

Naveen Jindal, an industrialist and politician, also resides in a stunning bungalow in Lutyens' Bungalow Zone. The white mansion, valued between Rs 125 crore and Rs 150 crore, serves as the Jindal family’s home, according to GQ. 

Gautam Adani, another prominent business tycoon, owns a sprawling mansion in Delhi's Lutyens' Zone. This luxurious property, located on Bhagwan Dass Road, is estimated to be worth between Rs 400 crore and Rs 500 crore. The bungalow is spread over 3.4 acres, making it one of the most expensive homes in the city. 

Paytm founder Vijay Shekhar Sharma also owns an impressive property in Delhi’s Golf Links area. His bungalow, valued at Rs 82 crore, stands as a symbol of his success in the tech world. The luxurious residence is one of the many signs of Sharma’s entrepreneurial achievements. 

Lastly, Lakshmi Mittal, the steel magnate behind ArcelorMittal, owns a property in Delhi's Lutyens' area. Mittal, one of the wealthiest people globally, purchased the bungalow for Rs 31 crore, according to Hindustan Times. The residence mirrors his vast wealth and global influence in the steel industry.
