Priyanka Chopra was crowned Miss World 2000 but her first paycheck was Rs 5,000 as per a Filmfare report. it was for her first modelling assignment.

Akshay Kumar reportedly worked as a waiter and Chef in Bangkok. His first salary was Rs 1500 per month. He told Etimes in an earlier interview about getting a payment of 50,000 for his debut acting role in the film Deedar. 

Bollywood Badshah Shah Rukh Khan in one of his earlier interviews with PTI, while discussing his movie 'Raees' recounted his first earnings. He talked about when he was an usher at a Pankaj Udhas concert, where he received a gratifying sum of Rs 50 as his first paycheck.
